I-steel cable pulley installation instructions

The I-steel cable pulley series provides a conductive form for the crane trolley. It is composed of a walking wheel, a bracket and a pallet. The flexible cable is fixed on the pallet and the traction frame is synchronized with the I-steel cable pulley to realize the cable. Power supply purpose.

I-beam cable pulleys are divided into medium-load type, heavy-load type, and light-load type. Therefore, the trolley traveling wheels are three types of 86, 73, and 55. The carrying capacity is less than or equal to 50-150KG. Each type is divided into single sheets according to the number of pallet layers. Layers, double layers, and three layers. There are three types in each category. The first end is a cable tractor, the terminal is a fixed cable hanger, and the middle is an I-beam cable pulley.

5, when the cable diameter is not equal, the cable clamp pad with a soft rubber, so that the outer diameter is basically the same, in order to clamp the cable.

6. When distributing cables, consideration shall be given to the balanced force of the two cable trays.

7. When the cable pulley is in the second floor or the third floor, the requirements are the same.

8. The double washers on the pulley device are adjusting washers. When the guide rails are not suitable, the washers are placed on the inside of the fixing plate to adjust the width of the rules.
