First type: integrated disc thickness 20MM

It is often used on iron wire, core wire (wire with low tension), knitting machine and other wire and equipment.

The second type: assembled disk surface thickness 16MM

The thickness of 400 assembled disc is 16MM: it is composed of disc face and barrel, and fixed with four screws, which improves the bearing capacity of the wire reel. The height can also be changed according to different equipment requirements, but the dynamic balance is not as good as the integrated wire reel. It is often used for winding machines, knitting machines, wires, core wires, data and other equipment and wires.

The third type: assembled disk thickness 20MM

The thickness of the 400 assembly type disk is 20MM: on the basis of the 400 assembly type disk thickness of 16MM, the thickness of the disk is increased to 20MM to improve the tension and load of the wire reel. In the use of the product, the winding speed can be greatly increased, the wire arrangement effect is more orderly, and the service life is longer.
